Early rise at Ron Towers too, so now I get extra time to appreciate the grey wet landscape in front of me.
 
I am wearing ALL NEW CLOTHES and it's made me feel PROPER PERKY

I should clearly just wear new clothes EVERY SINGLE DAY :disco:
 
I only remembered because I saw a few LinkedIn posts featuring the twin towers. I didn't dare read the accompanying bullshit.

Could not sleep last night - was up and down like a bride's nighty until about 2am. Bleh.

Sat here thinking about how poorer society would be without Asda. It really is the most undervalued brand.
 
Used to be a fan but it's gone downhill. I'm stanning Morrisons while spending more in Tesco because it's so much nearer.
 
Only time I saw an actual barney at a supermarket it was Asda. Special offer on a flatpack of lager; trollies hovering waiting for the aisle to open at 10am...of course, someone is immediately accused of pushing in as the poor bloke who removes the chain is nearly flattened in the rush and a rammy commences - swearing, abuse, hair pulling, the lot. Quite funny.
 
I used to live next to Asdas and so I hate it. It was in a 70s precinct type building so dark and dirty. I was also piss poor for a while at the same time and had to live my life by the yellow sticker. 4/10
 
The Asda in Hulme holds fond memories for me. These days, I shop at the Asda in Clapham Junction or the Asda on the Old Kent Road, where I am off to now.
 
I think I would literally go in the opposite order, although Sainsbury's vs Asda is tight.

I find Morrisons generally terrible. The shelves are far too stacked and the aisles too narrow. There also seems to be little logic to its layout.

Asda is the complete opposite to this with better bargains and lower prices. I do enjoy Sainsbury's if I am in a classy mood, which means that Tesco finishes third by default.
 
I do like the aircraft hanger Sainsbury's we have here. It's got it ALL!
