Surely you can be quite responsive to demand? Do you have to order ingredients from your franchise or can you just get your shit from anywhere as long as you follow a recipe?

We get ingredients from anywhere we choose, the packaging comes from Roly's tho. I think we have enough to fullfil orders, my main concern is having enough stock for the festival we're doing in a few weeks. We're making 3 batches a day, each batch takes 2 hours. But we have less staff this year that can make which is proving difficult.

I genuinely had no idea how hard it would be to predict staffing levels and stock needed.
