Hello.

Welcome to post-Johnson Britain. Everything's for sale.

Perfume night 2 :disco:

I’ve… slightly lowered my expectations this time, but I’m in the front of my block and only wheelchairs ahead, so nobody’s going to stand in my way :)

Oh you can get one of these too

Good grief - there's a bit of graffiti down the road from here that says:

"PRNCE WILLIAM SOLD
BRITAIN TO CHINA
FOR 2BN"

I reckon China was robbed, 2 billion for this shithole?

The World is full of conspiracy theorists these days. Many rumours currently circulating online that The Queen is in fact DEAD and that was a doppelgänger meeting Liz Truss yesterday at Balmoral. :o I suppose when we are fed so much SHIT from the media it is hard to know what to believe.

I am completing on a house today for Shannon and I have mixed feelings about my baby leaving and moving in with her other half. I am of course over the moon for her, but also feel this house is going to feel very empty without her and her mess. :(

I'm sure that she'll be a regular visitor and you'll be able to visit Shannon too. Vera will have less cleaning to do so she can spend more time having a wine or two with you.

The main problem I had after spawn first moved out was that somebody (her boyfriend) was definitely defiling my daughter and the second problem was that she moved back home about nine months later, bringing the boyfriend with her, so I had to give her bedroom back. :D

Awww, I can imagine. But I always remember how happy it made me moving in with Mr Star, and now I get to return to my mums with the kids to make noise and mess!

I don't have any annual leave left until Christmas and I'm already KNACKERED. The loss of flexi time is literally the only negative about leaving the Jobcentre.

This will always be her home no matter what and I know it is just natural progression. I am hoping she still comes back to stay now and again, and of course I will be a regular at hers. She is just moving in to the town whereas I am a few miles outside. Her partner is lovely, and they have been together a few years now so I suppose it is the next natural step. She will be 20 next month, and will be in her house by then although she wants to celebrate up here. Vera has already offered to do their ironing. 🙈

It all seems to have gone far too quick, and I genuinely feel so blessed at the beautiful, smart, caring girl who now looks back at me. I am very excited for them both, and I believe she will also come back to make a racket, and an almighty mess now again. I will really miss her though, and she is only moving a couple of miles. :(
