Happy Thursday GIF by Justin

lolllll!!!

Speaking of mum mode, mine sent me a random link yesterday to a Martin Lewis article about renewing your passport. (Mine's due in 2032). I asked her if she meant to send that to me, and she replied "Yes, thought it might be useful, it's very complicated now xxx".

Sweet of her I GUESS? :bruised:
Actually, fire it my way, I need to renew my passport in a couple months.

Eurgh, and it will be "blue"

She was Mother for this :disco:

I used to work in the Passport Office back in the day. Saw a fair few ‘odd’ candid snaps that had to be rejected, but nothing blue per se.

Good morning! My last day of work before I leave for New York tomorrow morning!

I'm sleeping over 12 hours a day at the moment.

I went to bed at 9:30 last night, watched a bit of shit on the laptop and was lights off by 10. I'm still tired.

Making another soup for breakfast/ lunch/ dinner or whatever it is you eat at 3pm.

There’s a scone store near my house and it’s highly popular with my mother and her friends

I think just scones. Not authentic I imagine

They're really expensive! I mean I know they're handmade but Finch Bakery's brownies are far better value than those, and probably a lot tastier although they don't do a breakfast flavour brownie with egg and cheese.

Plus scones are like the easiest things to make ever!

In senior school cookery it was either scones or rock buns except for the week the Milk Marketing Board lady came in and they taught us to make milk jelly using a packet of jelly and half a pint of milk. Hideous concoction it was.

Haha oh I love milk jelly, my mum used to make it :D
I may treat myself to some with the added bonus it will make the other half gag :disco:

My mom called me tonight to ask how can she find who called her for a property listing, saying she couldn't find her last calls on her own.
So at some point:
Me: Ok now what is the first number you see on the top of the screen?
Mom: Sri Lanka
:nononono:
