Was it worth the effort? We tried her Turkish eggs recipe a while ago and we used SO many pots and pans that I swore I'd never do it again.

I mean I always enjoy home cooking, and I love sticking on a podcast or some music and taking my time - I will happily use every item in the kitchen twice over in the process - so I may not be the beat person to ask!

I made a very delicious sausage casserole with lots of sautéd mushrooms and softened onions - forgot to take any pictures. Also made a yummy parmesan mustard mash.

Looks tasty. I had some left over pie (cut really well cold) and various ends of ice cream. I am now really hankering after a nice strawberry ice cream but it would melt walking it back from the shops and my foot is definitely making noises about the 20k steps I've done 6 days in a row and I fear I need to rest it.

Not exactly cooking but I did make the lemon & lime element to the mayo foir the Scampi and I did mix the Pisco Sour. I've done 16k steps in world ending heat, so, I think its fair enough.
