What Are You Watching? 2025 (1 Viewer)

Finished Last One Laughing Ireland, and I really want to see Deirdre O'Kane in EVERYTHING going forward. What an icon. I never, ever want to see Jason Byrne or the other three deeply unappealing, unfunny men every again. I really will just have to TAKE YOUR WORD that the ones I'd not heard of were real comedians. Tony Cantwell I liked a lot.

6/10 compared to the UK one's 9.5/10, but it's a great format and an easy watch. I'll move on to Australia next.

The Australian one is absolutely mental. Prepare yourself.

Rose Ayling-Ellis in Code of Silence on ITV. She seems to be doing very well after leaving EastEnders post-Strictly, there was a solid supporting turn in Reunion on the BBC recently too.

Is this any good? I saw it was all released today, so wil probably also partake.

I found Code of Silece a bit ridiculous and she was almost childlike in her behaviour. I was cringing every time she was told she shouldn’t get involved but did anyway. Was that the point?

I guess these crime shows are full of characters involving themselves more than they should. The way she was dealing with her breakup did seem a little odd too, but perhaps there is more there.

Nearly finished The Studio. They slightly ruined it with an unconvincing portrayal of the Golden Globes, but still very funny overall.

Then I started watching the first episode of Our Friends & Neighbors with Jon Hamm. So far so good. Has a lot of potential from that first one.

I'm a couple behind with both of those. I've enjoyed The Studio but it definitely peaked with the oner episode.

I really like Your Friends & Neighbours.

From what I have seen and heard I'm not really sure Murderbot is my thing.

Loved the final two Vegas episodes of The Studio. Zoë Kravitz was a very good sport.

Murderbot is good so far, but I’m absolutely feral for Skarsgård so maybe I’m not objective.

I started Friends and Neighbours but didn’t make it to the end of episode 1.

It was his appearance on The One Show that I had one eye on the other day that caught my eye….

I spent the entire of episode 1 bored, then it got good in literally the last two minutes.

I'm nearly done with it, and it hasn't quite held up over the episodes but it's held my interest just about.

I watched a Netflix documentary called The Remarkable Life Of Ibelin and cried all the way through it. I only put it on because it was about World of Warcraft so thought I'd probably turn it off after twenty minutes.

It's hearbreaking and lovely at the same time.

Overcompensating on Amazon. It feels a bit of a throwback and I'm not sure it is completely clicking yet but it is fun enough.

I think I'm going to try Dept. Q on Netflix.

Has anyone seen The Rise and Fall of Michelle Moan? Just seen the trailer and had a giggle. I know someone who used to work for her and the opinion wasn't favourable, shock-horror.

What about MOBLAND? Has anyone watched? Is it worth watching?
About halfway through and its very good, especially if you like that sort of thing.

Keep forgetting I’m watching Pierce Brosnan and Helen Mirren

Now I've finished Australian Survivor amd Traitors NZ, I feel at a bit of a loss for something to watch.
