What is Flora’s Secret?

Ah yeah as Amaranthine ☺️🥀

I think it's about whatever Brown Eyed Girl by Van Morrison is about. 😅

I keep thinking 'winter chanterelle lies under cover' means something else 🤭

Oh and Victoria's not Flora's :D

It has grown on me as a song, good musically, and I always like how the bridge sounds like Seal's Kiss From A Rose :disco: 🎶

But lyrically it's still Roma being a bit :horny: 😅

To purify this thread a bit 😅 and to clarify, Flora refers to the Roman goddess, slyly observing the lovers.

𖤓 Flora by Evelyn de Morgan, 1894.

(I saw the original painting in person which is located in Wolverhampton :D but painted in Florence, Italy ✨)️
♡

The model for her was someone Evelyn knew and did many life drawings of (see note below haha)
♡

Also a close-up of the inscription (in Italian I think; can anyone here translate?)
♡

That's Flora's Secret 🤗📜💐

Interesting🪻💟 (🏳️‍🌈?)

'Tears from Persia' in the lyrics could be referring to Roma's daughter? (She'd have been in her late teens. All that 'young love' stuff that admittedly as a young person, I cannot relate to ☺️)

Oh wait in 2000 Enya was interviewed by the American bookseller Barnes and Noble, and said this ✨
