1. Summer is the absolute tits. Wall to wall outdoor events, super casual clothes, and best of all lovely lovely vitamin D.
2. Autumn is charming and I don't mind admitting I'm absolutely taken in by it's charms. Ironically I don't care for any of the cultural events, Halloween, Guy Fawkes, and bloody POPPY DAY. Good time of year for picking up new blankets, candles, lamps etc for elevated hygge.
3. Spring is obviously delightful, particularly for the charming yellow of it all. But it can be hit and miss. Snow in April isn't impossible.
4. Winter can eat my shit. Obviously since discovering the joy of Eurovision qualifier season Saturday nights in February are far more tolerable. But breaking it down it's 90% bleak, grey and depressing. I do like a proper wind storm though, so more named storms please.
