Which classic quiz show would you like to see revived?

It’s not a quiz but I’d like Challenge Anneka back. You just knew those makeshift community centres she built in 2 days collapsed 30 minutes after filming finished narrowly avoiding injuring 63 people.

This can be extended to GAME SHOWS (AND ALL OTHER PUBLIC PARTICIPATION SHOWS THAT ARE A COMPETITION OR HAVE A PRIZE AT THE END BUT AREN’T A TALENT SHOW) to save people from typing, “Not really a quiz show, but...” every second post.

I should have made this broader from the outset and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

omg!
Paul was a bit of an unfriendly host but WHY was this a good show? I used to like watching this and Allo Allo back to back
Looking it up, it was based on a US game show which got cancelled after one season, but our one lasted for years. I genuinely only remember the little triangular lights on the podiums.

I also quite liked Wipeout when Bob Monkhouse took over from Paul Daniels.

I loved Wipeout! And I also liked Today's The Day with Martin Lewis, even though it was objectively QUITE BORING.

Also Fifteen To One (William G Stewart era ONLY)

weirdly I can remember vividly the countdown noises and the DUUHHH noise when they run out of time

I’m not entirely sure what’s happened here but am obviously here for IN-LOUNGE PUBLIC GUILLOTINING

I do obviously know what’s going on, so no need for a précis :)

I always thought that OVERMENTIONING was part of the fun. Obviously my stance would change if I were forced to listen to her SONGS
