I may be totally misremembering, but I think I recall Girls Aloud's Out Of Control clearing 100k when it was Christmas #5.

I'm sure 23k wouldn't have seen you in the top 20.

Given how low her streaming tally is, its still amazing she has this hardcore following that are buying 10k worth of CDs and similar on Vinyl though isn't it given people are buying CDs on mass in the shops anymore. I love that 'heritage' acts and even less current acts that produce good albums can still get some success with that and touring, but miss the excitement of chart battles and the huge sales we saw. Its a double edged sword really.
