Well, I would say "Sparks Fly" is her most obviously sexual song but I suppose that's less about it actually having happened so you're probably right.

I must also add that the absolutely MASSIVE MOMENT prior to that verse is also 11/10 amazing.

It's one of those artists that despite having a proper single released, other tracks chart as well due to strong sales. All Too Well and State Of Grace happen to be a couple of them, radio would NEVER play them mainly because of duration (over 5 minutes) and because Dr. Luke didn't have a hand in the writing and possibly the commercial appeal that WANGBT/IKYWT had in spades.
