But then surely it evens out. I mean, it’s not as if toilet roll goes out of date...

But what does happen is that people stash their panic-bought goods in places other than they're usual storage areas because they've overfilled their normal cupboards. They then forget about them. In the case of food, this can be too late. Toilet paper, like you say should be immune to this, however.

I bet there's an awful lot of really poor quality Mummy costumes come Hallowe'en.

Just had a client ask me to reduce work because of this. He runs a swanky villa company, and people have suddenly stopped booking, despite the fact they'd all be travelling in summer, by which time this bitch will be DEAD.

People really are fucking stupid.

I was reading an interview earlier with a Brit who tested positive after coming home from a ski holiday in Italy. He and his wife have self-isolated, but she hasn’t caught it. HOW? If it’s so RAMPANT?

Apparently you catch it by drinking wee, so maybe she doesn’t have a taste for supping on hubby’s golden goods :)

I don't know about garlic, but a bit of peeled ginger up your chute can be rather lovely.

My mum called me to say that fingering a member of Pan’s People makes you immune. Legs & Co. are however completely riddled :(

They’ve had chimps up ‘em so they’ve got all sorts, although there is a special BISQUIT which you can eat beforehand if you especially feel the urge to slip them a generous length :disco:

I heard standing beyond the yellow box and passing through the red gate will protect you...

Sorry I'm mixing up insane online racism with insane online health tips.

I’d heard sipping from the golden fountain was beneficial to health. It’s all in the anti-viral properties.

I've just realised... WHY TOILET ROLLS?

In the event that someone tests positive and they have to self-isolate for the proposed period of time by the Government then I guess they want to have enough toilet paper to last them that long.

(+ a large dose of mass hysteria and idiocy)

I also read that because they're just BIG, supermarkets can't stock them in huge amounts like other items. So it's easier for them to sell out.

They'd still be able to FUCKING BUY STUFF though. It's not like they need to have a fucking cross on the door.

This is why Brexit happened.

As if the idiot masses came to that conclusion. And if they did, they forgot other people still need them. They DESERVE IT!

Apparently there’s only ever two weeks worth of toilet roll in the UK at any given time.

Yeah I’m not saying people are thinking about this aspect, but I imagine the empty shelves due to it are leading to more loo roll hysteria and so on

I see Tesco are limiting some things to 5 per person. We're camping this weekend with a group of 30, that's going to be a real pain for our online shop.
