All I really want to know is will my Kelis gig in London be cancelled? :(

I’ve got approximately 25 home made meals (:)) in the freezer but I might just get 15” stuffed crust pizzas delivered to be on the safe side for now
That's good thinking. You don't want to find that your local Domino's will no longer deliver on account of the big red cross painted on your door.

Eurovision is SO not happening at this rate. Never mind, I’m not particularly hysterical about any of the songs and I’ve always got my cassettes :)

I've got the Sanremo compilation to pass the long days and nights in quarantine. I can stick it in between Elettra's LOVELY PAIR for you.

Preparing my office for the inevitable working from home has left me oddly “excitedly panicked” and I got on board with panic buying when I popped into Sainsbury’s and saw only one packet of Nurofen so grabbed those and a packet of tricolore pasta just to play along. Amusingly, tonic water was LONG GONE :D

Still no loo roll, but unbelievably, I’ve found a whole 9 pack I didn’t know I had at the back of the tea towels, so I’m overjoyed.

Macron announced this evening that he will be announcing something TOMORROW evening. Seriously what a cunt. If you’re going to shut down the whole country then just do it instead of keeping us hanging for 24 hours.

That's got to be somewhat reassuring, right?

Although they've clearly handled it far more efficiently than we are.

Are Moopers actually changing their lives for this aside from washing their hands a few more times than usual?

I am seriously thinking about hibernating for the next few weeks.

The handwashing is getting irritating, but I was going through the spare room yesterday and found a tube of L'Occitane I'd forgotten I had, so at least it's a nice excuse to use that after.

all government officials (like me) are to work from their homes effective immediately. so some change... but other than that, no. although I can tell from the press that I will have to elbow some bitches at the store. the prime minister explicitly said there is no shortage of food, yet people are rush buying in hordes

No not really. If anything bring it on. Make me immune before it develops into something more sinister.

I panic bought some beer earlier on. If I have to self isolate and can't have a drink then I'm going to go outside and cough on people.

I'm staying at home IF I can get away with it.

My mother is already FED UP. You're not going anywhere or seeing anyone for MONTHS Ma so you'd better GET USED. I told her to install some videoconferencing software on her new IPad

Not really, I'm going to the gym as often as I usually do. However I do believe people are going to start to go out less over the next few days.

Workwise I'm still going in tomorrow. I wouldn't be surprised if things change before next week though.

The only thing I am wondering is if I should be encouraging my mother (72, COPD) to self isolate.

I've been using my Molton Brown Mesmerising Oudh Accord & Gold handwash and lotion duo. I can confirm my hands feel sensuous and soft. :horny:

also gatherings of more than a 100 is forbidden now. but then we are not that many

My parents have a few issues but nothing I'd really consider an underlying health issue. I can't see arthritis being especially risky.

We've had absolutely no bannings at all yet. Are we being lax or is the rest of the world being OTT?

I suspect somewhere inbetween.
