A topic for the ridiculous antics of Naomi Campbell

This is a thing, a major thing, and I've now got Marc Jacobs and Nicole Richie to enjoy. The Corona chat at the end takes it to the next level of Naominess, but it's the sequel to Web Therapy ness of it all that makes it so delicious (and calorie free of course). Cindy is ever so patient for someone who is interrupted every 5 seconds. If there is even a hint of rivalry I'd say Naomi mentioning Playboy as something she did twice, and before anyone else, and Cindy mentioning how important it is to be on time are the closes it gets (but it's only as buttons people who have an enduring bond would press for subconscious stimulation). If you haven't seen this already, cut off a bit of broccoli to chew, imagine swallowing and spit out and enjoy the humble narcissism of someone believing if not pretending this an interview they're not giving themself:

 
i want to say who the hell has 50 minutes for that but then who am i kidding. someday i will have to address this unhealthy interest in supermodels.

25 seconds in and i'm already howling. she is so unintentionally funny. a true valerie cherish.
 
(partly due to a technical glitch of my own :enya:) i'm still only a minute and a half in. so much to unpack.

(lit and painted to the gods) naomi breaks a long held pout: omg do you remember those amazing caterers herb ritz used to hire on the desert shoots?

At one point it becomes obvious Naomi isn't even listening and is simply staring at herself :D

I hope she gets all the 90s supermodels set as having her peer on this definitely has an effect on her (what I've seen of the Marc Jacobs one hasn't quite matched the insanity of the first episode, although her intro for it is iconic).

ikr! you can tell she's so happy that she thinks she looks better. it's not even malicious. just this i'm-prettier-and-i'm-a-host-now-too unadulterated glee and joy.

anyway. it's insane, i'm agog at it all from the swift 180 on caterers to the mourning of going on exotic 10 day shoots (first two days for tanning, of course) to simply having to have a massage after working with certain photographers, it's all so relatable :D

Oh yes, at one point the caterers were the most amazing people who either saved the shoot, or completely RUINED IT by giving them SANDWICHES.
 
i saw part of this. stone's self-aggrandising really is quite something.
 
Has she got bored already of No Filter with Naomi? But she was SO GOOD at interviewing people!

The Anna Wintour one was not much fun besides her either only giving Naomi 30 minutes of her time or Naomi really had enough time with the headmistress. My one true favourite moment was possibly a No Filter peak though. Wintour casually drawling that having Campbell as the first black covergirl was decided with no fanfare or obstacles to overcome, with Naomi's beautiful interception that she always heard Anna had fought for her and that it was moving to hear it for herself. Lisa Kudrow could only dream of capturing something so excruciating :D
 
To celebrate turning FIFTY she's managed to get all her "chosen family members" :eyes: to record messages WAXING LYRICAL about her and she has, of course, uploaded a TWENTY-FIVE MINUTE compilation of all these EULOGIES to her YouTube channel without a HINT of HUMILITY because what an UTTERLY RIDICULOUS LADY she truly is :disco:
