I must say last night I found myself a little done with the Eurovish, though it might be largely down to it being a meh year.

I can only speak personally, but I have to be in the right frame of mind for it. Sometimes the quality of the year makes it easier or harder, but I'm aware that the biggest factor in my enjoyment is the headspace I'm in as I approach it.

Also I have the house to myself for the first time in fuck knows how long and its very odd, but very nice. I love my family but fuck I've missed a bit of solitude.

Who is the Chao Ban spam-fucker? Can't a mod just delete them? I always look forward to a nice PM when I see the little red blob at the top and it's always some foreign tosspot criminal wanting to chat about vaginas or padded bags. :(

It's not the first time I've had mail offering me a vagina but I'm likely in a minority on that one.
 
We have just had HAIL AND SNOW. I spent most of the past week in a bikini. What the FUCK?

I hadn't realised how cold it was here until I took the dog for his walk and I was wearing three-quarter tracky bottoms and a t-shirt with a fleecy hoodie because it just looked sunny but breezy through the window. Got round the back of the park and decided we'd be better off running otherwise I'd freeze to death. Three steps into starting running my left ankle gave way followed quickly by my left knee so I had to limphop for the next 100 yards till I could put weight on that leg again.

No hail or snow but my phone said it was only 8 degrees.
 
God's way of telling people to stay home. Screw you Boris, Mother Nature has spoken!

We keep banning them, but they somehow find a way back in. Whoever it is wins the Zu Klara award for most accounts opened by a single person.

I think it's just an automated programme designed to spew inscrutable nonsense into the inboxes of people on chat lounges with the vague intent of promoting Vietnamese gynaecologists.

As for the Chao Ban guy, no idea.
