Moopyvision Karaoke Contest 2020 - The Final (RESULTS TONIGHT AT 7PM)

Good afternoon! I've already had a few votes in, so keep them coming. This is the bit I'm slightly concerned about as I've never really run one of these games before, but I've got a spreadsheet going so I'll be able to do SOMETHING with it.

Would anyone be up for the results in video form? I've had a fun idea - you don't have to do this, but if you want to be involved in the results show you can record your own "HELLO RIGA CALLING" message and give me it along with your votes (people who've already voted can also record one and send it of course!) The main thing I want is a voice clip of your eight, ten and twelve points (in that order), but you can say hello and all that too. I would recommend using https://vocaroo.com/ and just recording on your phone. This is ENTIRELY OPTIONAL, as I have an alternative way of having scores read out for people who don't do this.

voting was hard.

I thought I had my clear tops, then I went through them all another time and got confused. So I think I have my favourite but there are a bunch of the middle that are swingers.
 
Trying to estimate the amount of work this will be, I'm now aiming for a results show on Monday evening. I can't imagine it being longer than last night's show, so if there's anything else happening on Monday it could be popped in before or after.
 
My second (and final) piece of bonus content is something I made back in the before times, when it looked like Eurovision, and Eurovision parties, were going ahead.

I wanted to do some sort of tribute video to the songs that fell in either the Semi's or in national finals, and put together this depressing take on the EBU theme.



I am available for any and all funerals.

Now that you mention it, I was looking for someone for the funeral of a local squirrel that sadly lost it's fight against a car the other day. We tried to book the wake in The Toolbooth but they're not going to be open until later in the year due to the pandemic, and I think poor Simon will be too decomposed by then to have the open casket ceremony he so wanted. Looks like it's going to be a small affair in that manky lane next to TJ Hughes instead... :(

Oh god, the best thing about Lockdown is I haven't had to walk past that lane on my way to work in months! The stench of piss would dispose of wee Simon's remains far quicker than any crematorium.
