By my reading of the rules, you get 80 points if you get all four of your words into one post or if you catch someone trying to do that. Rita called out several attempts at this near the end. Game theory says that you need to call if someone looks like they are posting all four of their words at the same time.
 
I'm going to be quite cross if Wankle Rotary Engine isn't a red herring given that it's not actually spelled like that.
