I'm really curious about what will happen at my work now that our student outbreak made national news :eyes: Secretly hoping they close EVERYTHING including my bit, I'm worn out.

I know, right?

I mean, I was only CURIOUS :D

Well it sounded very

Idk why anyone would wanna stay at Cambridge Halls anyway

AWFUL PLACE

I feel really sorry for the first year students in halls, especially ones like Cambridge which IIRC have like TEN PEOPLE* in a flat/corridor.

Nine housemates could follow all the rules and it only takes one to infect everyone else (and there's always ONE).

* I may be wrong. I only spent a night or two there, as the original MMU super spreader.

Is that right?
Well it just seemed like quite a RUDE way to say it at least, there’s nicer ways to ask questions like that and I’m sure you well know that. I mean you could have just ignored my posts (most people probably do anyway :D)

Yes! That’s been the main problem. I literally don’t know ANYONE that isn’t/was self isolating at the minute!

Bloody hell this app HAMMERS the battery... on an iPhone 11, normally a very good battery, and iOS keeps an iron grip around battery life as far as apps are concerned. Just shows how heavy the new covid API is.

Hm. Phone? iPhone here and all 3 of us have been like "huh, I'm normally 60-70% at the end of the day and I'm at 35%.."

What does your phone say it’s used? I have the Scottish one and it’s not even registering a percentage.

The halls at the Birley Campus that have been locked down are a stone’s throw from the ASDA in HULME.
