ANNIEWAYS, I now hand you over to your Admin to run the mod elections. Now the fun begins![]()
Wish I'd voted for @ZenGiraffe now
Probably more.Don't we disregard 60% of the electorate when we vote in general elections?
Oh come on!
That IS a stupid rule.
Just put it to another vote. Samuel v Zen based on the fact both came so close.

Maybe a ZG-Samuel-Neither poll?Perhaps we could do a vote off? It seems a pity to lose the experience just off one stupid vote.
I thought I'd have a funny quip, win or lose, but unfortunately I don't have a gif that expresses missing out by one vote in a tie.
you just said you didn’t vote
this thread is AMUSING
Like genuinely I totally forgot. My bad. But had I voted, it would have been for Zen.
I'll be the contestant that starts crying halfway through the first verse and then sings the final chorus off keyThat's gutting. Since it was pretty much a three way tie for third place, can we not have some sort of second chance round where they all sing a different song?
OMG. It could be a spin off of Moopy Karaoke. Can we vote on a musical theme? That's gutting. Since it was pretty much a three way tie for third place, can we not have some sort of second chance round where they all sing a different song?

well that’s no use saying that is it?
Sorry @Star I really feel like we shouldn’t just move on from this, and clearly there is some appetite for a third admin.
Indie and Octophone are both great, but having someone else totally safeguards the site. Especially if we are also looking at a succession plan further down the line.

I don’t really like this 50% rule anyway. With the mod elections if there are a large number standing, there is a likelihood of hardly any getting 50%.
There are not 23 people that didn't vote for any of them, that looked totally manipulative. What?
Yes there is some, but not enough.
Almost the exact same rule the Tories put in place to stop unions being able to approve strike action, let's not forget!I don’t really like this 50% rule anyway. With the mod elections if there are a large number standing, there is a likelihood of hardly any getting 50%.
No. There are enough people being killed in car accidents already! It should be said that if @SDF did vote they would have still only scored 22/45, so less than 50 percent.
I should teach maths.
I think when you get three possible votes for five candidates, a majority not choosing to vote for a candidate is significant. There are not 23 people that didn't vote for any of them, that looked totally manipulative.
Yes there is some, but not enough. This was all taken into account when it was decided how to vote. Anyway I'm done as I said, I'm handing over to admin. Just once again, we really wouldn't lose out a THING if they both/either of them became mods. And I know this because I've been admin before, and I know how much others (non mods) helped me!
