Which is your number one fave from THIS WEEK's pick of the pops?

It has to be Miley by default

Puts me in mind of THISIf it wasn't for Miley (and Jason & Justin) you could tell me this top 10 is COMPLETELY MADE UP and I'd believe you![]()
"looking for me" by far. I've wanted to start a topic on this for three months now, the song has been travelling with me this summer from Andalucia to Rome, Prague and Budapest (which is so unreal right now).

Don’t worry I don’t either!Oh god. This is the first time I have ever looked at the top ten and not known a single one of them...
WHY AM I AGEING? MAKE IT STOP.
I WILL LISTEN! I'm hoping it's a random SLUT HOUSE TRACK similar to the likes of Body by Loud Luxury![]()
I've only heard Miley![]()

(Seriously, I caught about 7 explicit references to that in different songs)Not even slow enough for my liking. Where's GLITTERING HOUSE THRILL Head & Heart?![]()
Does Billboard have anything similar to ACR?The US Top 10 ain't any better
Blinding Lights STILL Top 5 after 10 months is QUITE something.
Their equivalent is if it goes below #50 after 26 weeks OR SOMETHING then it drops off the chart completely - I think it might need updatingDoes Billboard have anything similar to ACR?

Correct, but I think it's 20 weeks. It's really meaningless though when streaming typically stagnates the top listened to songs (aka top 50) anyway. I think that rule was implemented at the height of the digital sales era to prevent classics/back catalog stuff from constantly appearing on the lower end of the chart because they were discounted on iTunes or featured on a TV program that week.Their equivalent is if it goes below #50 after 26 weeks OR SOMETHING then it drops off the chart completely - I think it might need updating![]()

It's for the reason @Jark stated. A song isn't removed to the "recurrent" chart until it falls below #50 on the Hot 100.They do! https://www.billboard.com/charts/hot-singles-recurrents
No idea WHY Blinding Lights still charts on the regular Billboard 100 if it's going to be a year old in November. @POP! would you happen to know why?
EDIT: OH I SEE, so airplay is probably why.
