Keeping well, are we??
Trying to get a copy of my birth certificate from the GRO but apparently I don’t exist
If you don't exist, then you can get away with whatever you like...?
There are some carollers singing outside and it’s driving me up the WALL. They’re doing the WHOLE 12 days of Christmas, I’m calling the POLICE.
Maybe your whole life has been a lie, OMG!Trying to get a copy of my birth certificate from the GRO but apparently I don’t exist
Homies, when making lasagne do you pre cook the pasta? Last time I made it the pasta was a bit al dente.
Never! You don’t need to.
I hate cooking so much.Should I cover the lasagne with foil in the oven? I'm reading sometimes the pasta dries out with the heat
Oh I love a grilled topping. Much like a SHEPHERDS PIEI never have but keep an eye on the top in case it burns.
I finish mine off under the grill.
Just make sure the sauce covers everything properly when you layer it up and you may need to add more sauce than usual to ensure it cooks properly. That's what the packet says so I never have done before. But why doesn't it go all soft then?I hate cooking so much.

I never pre-cook it either. Nigella tip![]()

Oh I love lasagne VERDE.. got some from MEDINA FOODS during lockdownAll this HOT LASAGNE CHAT has me craving one but I only seem to like the green pasta sheets and you can’t find them anyway for love nor money. They used to be at Waitrose basic range but not anymore

I get moaned at for calling it that when using BEEFLove a shepherd’s pie, it’s been a WHILE.
Maybe I'll make the sauce more liquidity then. Knowing my luck it'll come out a sloshbucket![]()
Pee-Wee sync watch happening in ONE MINUTE in Diddy's thread if anyone wants to join!
Totally imagining Lucy holed up in some little Cotswold cottage like Cameron Diaz in The Holiday right now.
I haven't made lasagne for ages. Not since I discovered a recipe for one you make on a hob in one pan using wraps and ricotta in the layers instead of lasagne sheets and béchamel. Much less of a faff.
