My dad's had a message from Kent County Council suggesting he takes a fortnightly Covid test. He and his wife are currently basically hermits in their rural village, so as he points out it would surely be more risky to drive to Canterbury and go into a testing centre every other week, than to just keep staying at home.

I'm struggling to imagine who would try to destroy the vaccine. Of course there are anti-vaxxer loons but they can just not have it (and hopefully die) - why do they care if other people get it?

Knowing how much she hates her own kind, visiting first-degree relatives will surely not be accepted so who knows when I'll be able to see my family again at this rate :(

I've always had so much admiration for NHS staff, but seriously what they've had to put up with over the past year, you could never repay them. I just hope that mentally and physically they all recover from this too.

no it doesn’t. And when Keir Starmer suggested they use half term to vaccinate school staff Boris derided him for not following the science, and asked which of the 9 groups selected for first vaccination Keir would suggest doesn’t get vaccinated

What a dick. No one is suggesting that another group should be bypassed. The fact is that teachers should be included in the priority groups.

To be honest I hope this kind of life risking conspiracy nut catches it and suffers horribly, having to be one of these people who ends up gasping apologies and warnings at the camera as they slowly suffocate to death.
