I’m only about halfway through but it’s like he sort of wants to make a gay Michael Jackson album but is also sort of trying to make the third Cabbage Garden album, and those first two singles don’t seem to be either
 
In fact I almost started a thread about it but all that happens when you start a thread about album on Moopy is someone will immediately start talking about a different album (that’s not aimed at you @RJN :D)

The singles are great (except Crush) but the rest is poorly written, cringetastic filler

so yeah like I said, trying to write another Savage Garden album :basil:

actually I’m being unfair, I had a real hardon for Affirmation when I revisited that last month, but the first album can go to naff hell
 
Actually Affirmation was going to give me enough momentum to try Spin again, and Tension would hopefully give me a boost into This Beautiful bla bla

I know it has some moments but I need a 4 album run-up

Managed to persuade an historically difficult parent to let her children stay in the Diversity/LGBT lessons in school over this coming month. Well, I first told her that I was absolutely not going to allow her to withdraw them and then built her back up my knowledge of the history of the Bible. She said she really enjoyed talking to me so I feel very happy with that breakthrough.

I was going to say the first one was best because of the singles, plus Tears of Pearls, Santa Monica, Break Me Shake Me...

Then I've just checked the tracklist for the second one and it's got the singles plus Two Beds and a Coffee Machine, You Can Still Be Free, Gunning Down Romance, I Don't Know You Anymore and Universe, so...

In conclusion, both albums were mint.
