She's still there. We're still having issues. She's very lovely and good with customers, but her speed is driving us mad. And she can't do so much of the job because of pure incompetence.

But we're now at an awkward stage of, it's peak season in 1 week. We need someone now. So we're going to grin and bear it for 8 weeks then get rid
