Saturday - HEAT ONE

I kept delaying the gym until it was too late yesterday evening, then I kept delaying going out with friends until I was too tired and went to bed.

How depressed am I?
 
Offered free seat filler tickets for poor old Jason Donovan gig tonight. The 02 Apollo in Manchester does seem a rather large venue for him to try and fill….?

I’m in no doubt the fudge is amazing but fuck me they need to improve that branding
 
Although I suppose its simplicity is its charm, and stops it looking too much like a chain.
 
Only got up at 3, but didnt go to bed until the sun was coming up, forgot how much fun mdma and noisy warehouses can be.
 
Mind you, I can remember Rachey saying that Roly's are quite FUSSY about where the shops are located, and I bet they must pay top rent. The Torquay one is right overlooking the harbour, the Bath one on the main shopping street by the Abbey, and I noticed the one in Salisbury is right next to the cathedral.
 
Torquay Harbour and beach is beautiful. The town is a bit SCUZZY in parts though. I don't think it'll be on my list.

I was nearly tempted. And you can have fudge sprinkles on top (naturally for extra £££).

Presumably the 'sprinkles' are what the Torquay equivalent of Mandy sweeps off the floor after they have made a couple of batches.

One thing I'll have to get used to if I moved to a coastal town is THE DEARTH of takeaway options
 
I mean, there are about 5 or 6 fish and chips shops within a 5 minute walk. And the same number of pubs. I've got to walk about 25 minutes to a pub at home. Not that I ever would.

Yep, Roly's are very very fussy and won't let you open anywhere they don't think will work.

Our shop is twice the amount in rent that the one we wanted was in a different town. And baths rent is extortionate!

What did you go for? I have felt TERRIBLE all day today too and am already in bed watching Strictly. I haven’t been able to stomach anything today although I know it would make me feel better. TOMORROWS A NEW DAY.
 
I couldn't decide so I just thought I'd have a pizza out of the freezer and came across some lamb chops and was like OMG YES so I'm now having them with chips. Filth.
 
Does everyone have this horrible cold that's going round? I've had it for 4 days. The only plus side is I've barely eaten for 2 days.
 
We were told it was a 75 minute wait at the Chinese takeaway, so we went to Co-op and got a pizza from there instead, which I'm having with the FREE WINE the lovely Airbnb man left for us. I don't care if it tastes like piss, as long as I'm lightly sozzled by the end of Strictly.

No cold here. Just a stinking hangover that is tipping me over the edge.

I wish I had the horrid cold! I've got a blocked or possibly infected saliva gland under my tongue and I never even knew that was a thing. It was so painful yesterday but I've been eating lots of sherbet lemons today and it's (weirdly) actually helped. Oh and I've had the tom-tits for four days now which isn't helping with trying to gain some weight.
