The United Kingdom: The Liz Truss CRASHING THE PORK MARKET WEEKS 🐷🐖📉📅🥬 (1 Viewer)

2 weeks for me at a
Kitchen Porter at university. The chefs were cunts and kept on referring to me as “the tax dodger” because I was a student. One pulled an oven apart, told me to clean the bits and put it back together. When I asked how things fit, he mocked me in front of the others, so I threw the lot on the floor, bastardised a classic Victoria Wood line with “I’m a student, not a contestant on the Krypton Factor, do it yourself and enjoy your dead end job” and minced out.
Shee’s a legend, Shee’s an icon and
Shee is the moment
:disco:

She has pushed for it - does it mean she could actually go through with anything?

She’ll be on the bonfire within a week anyway so I’m not worried

As insane as it is to ditch her after a literal minute I suppose they have nothing to lose at this point, they’re toast if she takes them into an election, I saw a poll with them at 19% which must surely be the floor for them, purely consisting of those who will vote Tory no matter what.

I wonder whether she’ll stay on as a backbencher? I mean the unmitigated SHAME of it! I’d leave the country and never look back…

Rumours tonight that Hunt is u-turning on the income tax cut to 19%.

Is there a way for the country, outside of the Tories, to force an election? What are the requirements? The lack of mandate right now is unprecedented

I'm wondering if the Tories might wind up calculating that an election now with a more credible Conservative leader campaigning might be less painful than letting Liz drag out another year and trying to turn things around when the pain of all this has *really* started to bite...

Though I still suspect their instinct for self-preservation will trump all, and if they can change leader without an election, they will.

Essentially, if it is the difference between civil unrest or not. And even then the Tories will probs try and cling on through it

They’re u-turning on u-turns that have been u-turned, while not u-turning.

My head hurts
