It was mostly veg - broccoli, leak, potatoes, onion. Once it's cooked you mix a crumble/ sprinkle of any cheese really and stir it. I added a few chilli flakes, which really enhanced it.

Oh because I'm doing the 16:8 diet. So the earlier I eat dinner, the earlier I start fasting, the earlier I can eat in the morning.

I find 7pm too late. If I'm working in the shop until 5pm, I'll eat in the shop so I'm done by 5.30. I'll eat later if it's a special occasion. But I prefer not to.

Although this is a recent thing. I used to happily eat later.

Oh that's for both. I assumed all water bills were for both.

I think they usually are, but for us it's supplied by Bristol Water, but Wessex Water provide the sewerage service. I think that's unusual, but not unique.

I think for us (two people, with a water meter) it's about £30 total a month, with the sewerage costing slightly more than the water. I let Mr L deal with that though.
