Just look up Christmas presents under £10 on Amazon and voila, all the shit candles and socks you can imagine.I still need to buy a couple of Christmas presents really but they’re for people I don’t particularly like. All suggestions welcome and wrong answers too (obviously). Under a tenner preferred.
I think I've over prepared freezer wise for Christmas. It's absolutely rammed.
I'm a huge fan of party food during the Merrineum*, when I often chuck a box in the oven and have it with salad for pretty much every meal. Looks like I'll be starting early this year.
*thanks @InDie Hard for introducing that to moopy (or at least a quick search tells me it was you). It's been officially adopted at work now on our festive leave chart.

Christmas with a cost of living crisis twistWhat's this in British please?
I ventured to the local shopping place, it took me twenty minutes to get onto the car park and there were no parking spaces so I turned round, called at KFC and came home again.
Still another week to buy presents.
So like a secret Santa but with added psychological torment?Christmas with a cost of living crisis twist
Each participant supplies one wrapped gift, usually of similar value or any value.[3] The gifts are placed in a central location, and participants determine in which order (often by numbers randomly drawn prior to the start of the game) they will take turns selecting a gift. The first person opens a wrapped gift, and the turn ends.[3] On subsequent turns, each person has the choice to either unwrap a new present or to steal another's. When a person's gift is stolen, that person can either choose another wrapped gift to open or can steal from another player.[3] Each gift can only be stolen twice per game. The game is over when everyone has a present. At the end, the first player may, if desired, steal any gift – according to some rules, even a gift that is out of play. The first player plays twice.

Scratching my head trying to think of the common factor hereGod what it is with Christmas time that just makes families unbearable
Yesterday I fell out with my older brother via WhatsApp, today I fell out with my mum.
I had plans to see ex work friends tomorrow but they've pissed me off so I cancelled them to see my family, then they pissed me off so I cancelled them.
Pretty much! With the added aspect of being able to tell if nobody likes what you broughtSo like a secret Santa but with added psychological torment?
I approve.

oh it may well be me...or it may be that all these people have been doing irritating things for years and I've let it slide but have decided not to now.
