I am thinking Summer will probably have a landslide victory but I am going to go a bit left field and say AUTUMN/WINTER.

I'll always choose Summer, but I love how Autumn looks so much. As long as I'm kitted out, I love rain and snow too.

For me that's the worst time of year, it's just getting darker and darker and colder and colder :(

Halloween, Guy Fawkes Night, the run up to Christmas and the big day itself. I love it all!

1. Summer (longest days and the pool)
2. Spring (the best weather and it’s nice to be outside and my birthday)
3. Fall (almost as good but winter is approaching)

4. Winter (it’s cold and dark and bleak)

People who say winter are 89% more likely to commit murder. Fucking sadists.

Autumn
Spring
Summer
Winter

I prefer the transitional seasons when we have some amount of daylight and dark. As much as the solstices are hugely important, both have too much of one and not enough of the other.

Not feeling guilty about STAYING IN because it’s GHASTLY outside and Strictly is on. :disco:

1. SUMMER. I like sunshine and being warm OKAY
2. Spring. Because things start to look pretty and most importantly SUMMER IS COMING YAY. Oh and also it's my birthday
3. December. Because Christmas and the build-up to it
4. The rest of winter IF IT SNOWS
5. Autumn. Summer is over but at least the trees are nice colours or whatever

Has it not been a bit UNBEARABLE down south? 36 degrees in London today? I love that heat but certainly not here in the UK.

I enjoy all the seasons if they do what they should. In terms of preference though it’s definitely:

1. Summer
2. Spring
3. Winter
4. Autumn

We don’t get really bad because I’m down in the South. We get cold temperatures but not a ton of snow. More ice than anything. I think we got snow a few times this past winter.

@Joseph do you get bad Winters where you live in America? If @KindaCool is Chicago it must be stupidl cold come winter time.
Yeah winter can be vicious here. Although climate change has done a number on it. Apparently it used to snow as early as October. Now, it doesn't snow until January. We don't get White Christmas anymore.

I WANT to like Spring but it's always just wet, sloppy, and DISEASED.

Obviously autumn is just lovely. I love the sheer melancholy of it all. Plus I love orange and the song Autumn Days we used to sing at school. It's like pre-war, everything is OK, but the worst is coming. Plus cardigans and scarves. I love the run up to Christmas.

Spring is pretty, and it has Eurovision and beer gardens.

Summer, despite the insects and sweaty sluggishness, it has the magic of long evenings, big skies, hazy sunsets, all day drinking, waking up to sun. Plus just being outside. The grass is dry instead of muddy or waterlogged, options become endless. What's better than leaving the house in shorts, t-shirt and shades. It's the best vibes.

My birthday is such a point where it's that hazy late summer with the pink sunsets and fields are just peak pre-harvest. Dreamy.

Spring
Autumn
Summer
Winter

I probably prefer Autumn individually, but Spring has more promise, and as it dies you have Summer and Autumn to look forward to still. I suppose the death of Autumn makes you think of Christmas, but January through to mid March must be the worst weeks of the year.

Winter only comes second if I have enough altitude and snow to ski for at least two months. Otherwise -11
