Lovely sweaters, pretty colors, not too hot and not too cold, the melancholy of the approaching winterApart from a couple of pretty weeks what is good about autumn?
Even when trying to sell it, it sounds DEPRESSING.Lovely sweaters, pretty colors, not too hot and not too cold, the melancholy of the approaching winter
I have time for springs energyHonestly the other seasons wish they could even be half as fun as summer! But they can’t!
Yeah, and I can accept a little bit of autumn. She’s sometimes cute. But besides that, this shouldn’t even be a debate.I have time for springs energy
Is this a game where we should fill the opposite box with a counter argument?
I dislike cold, wet and windy weather immensely. My favourite season has got to be summer, by far.
I've got no idea how that happened. Is this a game where we should fill the opposite box with a counter argument?
I like it. Poetic.

Autumn in the uk is good for a week if the leaves are pretty AND the country is dry/sunny. Otherwise its just a season of ROTAnyone who lives in the UK and says Autumn is just wrong, quite frankly... it can be beautiful in other countries but it just feels like a long, wet, cold trudge towards December here. That said, some people would have a go at me for my Winter apologism, but there's a season that understands the need for some light and life to get through it and threw us Christmas and Melodifestivalen accordingly.![]()

The SMELL of being outside then is wonderful, even if that smell is essentially one of death and decay.
People who say winter are 89% more likely to commit murder. Fucking sadists.

That's where I am in lifeit’s miserably moving towards darkness and murkiness.
To recall Autumn, is often better than experiencing Autumn.

Well, you will live in Scotland and/or Ireland.I still stand by that Summer in the UK and Ireland is essentially AWFUL. It’s either far too warm which is lovely during the day when you can sit outside with a cold drink and bake but it can be unbearable at night. With the way things are going I would think that in the next 10 years or so an air conditioning unit may be as common in UK households as central heating. Talking about warm dry Summers is a MYTH. 80 percent of it is wet, dull, and windy.
