I've never had American biscuits. They are mich more a Southern thing, I assume

You can get them pretty much anywhere BUT up north they tend to make them too dry. A good buttermilk biscuit needs to be soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside.

Do y’all do chocolate gravy?

We always just say it’s different lol I think so we can pretend it’s not just diabetes in a pan for breakfast :D
