I think you’d be 100% fine in the US, but one of my friends is from Monterey (Mexico) and he goes home for Christmas every year and really likes it. You could go there?

I need to spend time going back through my decision making notes last time.

We chose PDC cause it was so easy to get from/to and fairly cheap. But arriving, it absolutely stank and it turns out they can be prone to seaweed infestations which make swimming a nightmare and the whole city smell. Together with it being 35 degrees+ most days, it just wasn't pleasant.

I don't think I could cope with temperatures like that inland.

Maybe I'll just fuck going anywhere near the football and go to the Bahamas instead!
