Sardines on toastStill, I've been paid, February is in sight and we've just moved into a nicer room in the office, so SMALL VICTORIES and all that.
What's for lunch?
Not the most sociable meal to make in the office.Sardines on toast

Tempted to try it with gin, tbhNow we are talking. Would go well on sardines I imagine.
Thank @SuedeheadI had sardines on toast (thanks @lolly), if was excellent. Could have done with some artisan bread.
I do like a bakery, but there are very few normal bakeries around these parts any more. The more 'old fashioned' type ones have been replaced by Greggs or a local chain called Parson's, or it's all £6 a sourdough loaf artisan places which are lovely for a treat, but don't hit the spot when you're just craving for a bacon sandwich on cheap white bread with lashings of brown sauce.Does anyone tend to go to THE BAKERS for lunch these days? We have a fabulous bakers here and as much as I adore their pies/pastries etc I usually have to be in the mood. The salad boxes are SUBLIME and I think I might go and pick one up for tea later.

I've been fairly lucky with colds/lurgy this winter so far, a least. A couple of times I've kind of felt at that point where it felt like I was on the precipice of it happening, but thankfully have woken up the next day feeling fine.
I started taking magnesium a couple of months back for sleep/energy purposes, but it's supposed to help with the immune system as well, so perhaps that's helped.
The one I take supposedly has three different types - let me look it upAren't the types of magnesium for sleep/ energy different or am I making that up? I'm using the sleep one and it actually seems really good and also my immune system appears to have been better this year, so maybe it is that...
Thank you @SuedeheadThank @Suedehead
