What Are You Watching? 2026 (2 Viewers)

Rewatching the first series of Night Manager before catching up with the second. Tom Hiddleston looks SO YOUNG and not to be nasty but he has aged like milk.

I'm watching The Hunting Wives at TV broadcast pace. Fun trash so far, though I can't help but wonder if the rest of the cast backed out of any nudity at the last minute without telling Malin Akerman.
The wig on her OMG! I'm enjoying it though, entertaining trash indeed.

Just started After the Flood from Series 1 - good enough to continue with. I do like a northern crime drama.

Watching a bit of Eastenders before Traitors (much excite!) and I scoffed immediately at Phil Mitchell sounding like a complete parody and Nigel. It's like these actors are held prison in this show.

It's just so eerie. I've not watched in decades and it's like they've just been there on pause

Anyway, Traitors time!

The Dawn French mildly thrillery insurance scam sitcom Can You Keep a Secret?

French plays it just on the border of exhaustingly wild and Mark Heap's husband hits the mark intermittently but it is generally a lot of fun.

Finished The Hunting Wives and it kept me entertained throughout, good to see its getting a second season and with that ending so much more scope.

Has anyone watched 'Fake' on ITVX think i'll give that a go next

Hijack season 2. Not seen the first. Really can't be arsed with the latest trend of not subtitling non English dialogue. Then again, I'm watching illegally and maybe Apple TV has an option. Oh wait, someone said "guten tag" I can cope with that.

Just started the 1pm episode. Hopefully I'll be able to go to bed at a sensible 2am. It's really good. Hard to watch the scenes of grief though, but it's very well acted.

The Steal on Amazon. Very good in parts but it is very slow paced for me.

Starting season 4 of Bridgerton. Forgot this show even exists!

New Married at First Sight Australia has started. Yay.

I'm halfway through episode two of Agatha Christie's Seven Dials on Netflix and I'm losing the will a bit

EDIT: Finished all three. Loved the identity of the killer(s), but - just as it was looking up - the attempt to Avengers Assemble it into a returning franchise brought it back to being a bag of old shite. A FLOP NOT A BOP

Anyone watched Girl Taken? I have just watched the first two episodes and it has made me sick to my stomach, and made my skin crawl all at the same time. 🤢

Lets see just how bad this can be......

Can anyone watching this explain to me how they can tell it was that woman? I rewound it twice and have given up what gave the game away.

Finished A Thousand Blows. Very enjoyable and wrapped things up nicely.

Speaking of Steven Knight I see there is STILL no news on a second run of House of Guinness... Netflix better not leave us with that cliffhanger ending.

The Hunting Wives had a mid-season lull, then picked up towards the end (as did the body count). It was fun but I am not sure how excited I am about the prospect of watching another whole season.

Have you watched Girl Taken?

Just finished all of After the Flood. What started out looking like a bit of a run of the mill Sunday type police drama definitely ramped up in the last couple of episodes of S2. Hope there's another, i think there will be.

Under Salt Marsh

Sky crime thriller set in North Wales about a child’s body being found in the marshland and a related unresolved missing child case from a few years earlier. First episode was good enough to want to watch more.

Coninuing through 'Fake' on ITVX - Australian drama. Watchable in a not much happens building thriller kinda way

This current 13th season of Married at First Sight Australia is quite something. It helps that I love those blunt Aussie guys, but we have some real mean girls this time too.

Where are you watching this? I hope it comes to E4 soon, the Australian one has always been much better than the UK series.

Did you see they're doing a UK/Australian All Stars series soon? That's going to be chaos :D

Finished S2 of Things I Should Have Done. It was just as fun and ridiculous as S1. Bridget Christie was a wonderful addition.

Dodgy firestick. I think it's coming to e4 in March. Forgot about that so I'll stay clear of spoilers. Had no idea about an All-Stars - chaos indeed!

Has anyone watched ONE NIGHT? Formerly on Paramount now on ITV X? I think this may be my next OZZIE DRAMA after finishing FAKE (Another Paramount plus original)

I loved it. The refusal to try and understand the broken lift really stuck with me but the best episode was probably the one with the food bank and Bridget's artist ex.

It was shown a while back on ITV1. I stuck it out until the end but I wouldn't especially recommend, I thought it was a bit slow and not terribly exciting.

MAFS Aussie is looking epic tonight. They are indeed heavy handed with the edits, but mostly they don't even need to try with this lot. I have such a crush on the construction supervisor even if the himbo one is the one with the insane body (intimacy week is a mild spoiler).

We watched this all over a period of a week. It struggled to hold my interest, and I suspect i wouldn't have persisted with it if it wasn't for my love of Dawn French. It felt like the premise wore very thin by the end.
