I don't warrant a 24 hour one, thankfully. I can't imagine the annoyance of that cuff inflating automatically, how do you even sleep? Mine is just because I hate being in the waiting room with the sick people so I'm stressed to hell by the time I go in to the nurse. My GP blood pressure readings are always wildly inaccurate because I walk to the doctors.
I recall being monitored for 24 hours once. That was different.
I've got my heart review at the end of next week and have got to do 7 days of reading before.Just been for my annual asthma check with the (new) nurse. First blood pressure was 225/160, she read it, a look of panic crossed her face and as she opened her mouth to say she needed to get a doctor I told her it's OK, do it again then look at my notes on the computer. Next one was 195/130 and the third was 123/88. So I get to do them at home for a week, like I do every year.

Yup. I always start over thinking it, which turns into a tiny internal panic attack.White coat syndrome!
I just spent an hour trying to save electricity in the hope of REWARDS just to find out I hadn't registered properly and it didn't count
Bollocks to smart meters and CONSTANTINE THE BLOODY OCTOPUS
Mr Sheena bangs on about this all the time. I like the idea, but honestly, it’s ridiculous. I get looks every time I go near the microwave and every Sunday now has to be spent in a mad loop of doing ALLLLL the washing and cooking in one four hour period.
Life’s too short for the 50p you probably save.
