She was only 6 when she recorded it originally so I guess that figures.Brenda Lee is ALIVE?
I'm not certain I've ever heard it. If I have, it's been passively. But then I imagine about 95% of its 'sales' have been.If nothing else demonstrates how ludicrously irrelevant and bungled the chart calculations have become now, it's the news that Sia's "Snowman" is now officially a "million seller"
Thanks for this.Wham's worth a bet here.
Spotify has rejigged its biggest playlist again. Now it's
#1 Ariana Grande
#2 Mariah Carey
#3 Brenda Lee
#4 Wham!
#5 Bobby Helms
#6 Kelly Clarkson
#7 Andy Williams
#8 Laufey
#9 The Ronettes
#10 Sabrina Carpenter
Ariana previously peaked at #8 last year, and is #9 this week.
Indeed. I'll let him off as it's the first time we've had the same no.1 in consecutive years. The chart show DJ needs to get his number one trivia right. Bohemian Rhapsody has been Christmas number one twice.
Confirmed by Andrew Ridgley.Indeed. I'll let him off as it's the first time we've had the same no.1 in consecutive years.

Almost as if she was foisted on us the way Tom Grennan has been, isn't it?Interesting that Lola Young has kicked Kelly Clarkson out of the top 10 in Christmas week

Interestingly Spotify has installed her as track one in their Christmas Hits playlist as well today, after dropping her out of their top ten after the chart last week. They seem to be changing it every couple of days this last week.
I have no idea.Of course, and thank goodness it was.
