When I sent the amazing Fangoria everyone was saying it was going to win... it ended up coming 5th I think, maybe even lower. It's kiss of death to hear people saying it's a potential winner.
 
I haven't quite decided whether to go with what i've chosen or to try again.

50 songs is quite the task. As much as i'm happy with ASFM's popularity, maybe fewer songs for Moopy would be nicer.

The only time we've had two songs competing directly against each other was in the wild card round of Festival di Soldi and it was an exercise in utterly feral viciousness. You are currently proposing group stages, followed by 15 of those.

This idea could very easily destroy Moopy.

Our collective only hope might be to agree that we never again speak of Soldi’s competition once it’s over, so it probably doesn’t need adding to the spreadsheet.

I was thinking about this the other day. If I were running one I would 100% do it MF style, with heats, AC and Finalen. I know some people don't like being knocked out (sorry) - but the drama of a Globen or Bust between two Moopy posters would be so fun... and only revealing who has been knocked out once a song is out of the competition.

And it would mean only listening to about 10 songs at a time which is just so much more manageable.
