I know this will be an unpopular opinion here but I absolutely can't stand Alex Horne.

I'm sure he'll be fine, as the money roles in from the international franchise that he created.

I think you're missing the point of his role on the show. He literally gave up the lead to play a gimp role on his own show, which is astonishing.

I've tried to get a few people into the show who've been resistant because they find Greg annoying, which is fair but I always counter that he's fairly incidental to proceedings despite being the title character.

But if you can't get on with Alex, I can't really imagine it's going to be the show for you.

It's isn't anything to do with his role on the show. I find him to be a smug insufferable GIT.

And that Waitrose advert has me reaching for something to throw at the TV.

Also did anyone else weirdly fancy Phil in the wig and eyeliner

No just me then OK fine

Just seen many Taskmaster alumni. Maisie Adams was a brilliant host, Bridget Christie really is top tier, Sam Campbell was more bonkers then I've seen on screen, Jamali Maddix is extremely naughty and a non Taskmaster comedian Sharon Wanjohi was also naughty, but very good.

An absolute 10/10 night.

The pre interviews didn't really work. Based on them alone I hope they rip Dommett apart.

Gledhill and Nanjiani had the most promise based on them.

Joel's extra task with the egg just seems unnecessarily cruel! BAD LITTLE ALEX HORNE.

Tickets for the Series 22 audience shows are available, recording in May. They probably won’t last long:

Joel is still my least favourite contestant in many a year and he didn't really do anything to improve my opinion of him in that first episode - he didn't really take that extra task very well (I do get that it was a bit much...). However, I was expecting him to be so competitive that he'd win every episode, so I was pleasantly surprised that he did so badly in episode 1.

The last one on the list is very much an "at last" for fans.

I do enjoy him, but will have to hold my nose at some of his associations.

Although that issue can easily be neutralised with the first on the list. Hope they're paired together.

Yes! I honestly didn't think he'd ever do it, so I'm DELIGHTED.

Petts IS with Ayoade AND Lucas... so an attempt to cancel out both the PROBLEMATIC LADS?!

I'll be able to CONFIRM all this tomorrow IF we manage to get in :eyes: I'm hoping the tube strike works to our advantage...

I'm not normally one for buff Hollywood actors but THIS and "I'm Kumail Nanjiani" gave me funny feelings.
