Their streaming figures really are paltry, aren't they? Less than 120k in 5 months for Falling Into You, and 6.5k in its first week for Ready To Begin.
I don't expect Appleton to do much but those numbers are really poor. Sugababes managed a couple of million from their recent songs. All Saints last album had a couple million for the 2 'singles'. The main thing is I'm not sure I understand the strategy if they're not releasing an album - given their audience and R2 support, they could probably earn some good pocket money from a vinyl / CD release. But a digital EP isn't going to get them much. If this was to get them back on the road then fair enough, I hope they can earn a mint from festivals and the like.

416k Kiss of LifeHow did Shaznay’s album perform for comparison?
Someone fax the OCC and find out how many streams are equivalent to a cheese quarterpounder.I think the most important comparison sales that you’re all failing to acknowledge is MEL’S BURGER SALES
For every stream of 'Falling into You' rumour HAS IT, that Mel Blatt eats one of her own burgers and calls it a SALE! She's lobbed 7 down her gob so far.
OCC and the NHSU (National Hamburger/Smashburger Union) are joining forces to investigate and produce a White paper of sorts. They are currently AGOG.
