Artists You Should Like But Don't

Also, with a few exceptions, Kpop songs don't ever stick with me

I suppose I haven't tried as hard as I could have, but I've never really gotten into Siouxsie & The Banshees.

I think with Björk if you're much younger than me (and @Iguana likes to think he's MUCH younger than me :basil: ) you likely missed her golden years and got stuck in the period when everything was just NOISE.

She was very much a teenage/early twenties thing for me, but then I went right off her from Volta onwards to the point where I couldn't even really enjoy her old stuff any more. I've come back around on her recently though.

Jessie Ware. Not to repeat myself but I try with every album and I can’t hum any of her tracks.

I LIKE her, but I don't LOVE Lady Gaga and I feel like I should

Jessie Ware is on my list (an imaginary one) of people I should give a YouTube spin for. I heard something amazing at the gym so I know I am probably in for a treat.

Once upon a time I'd have said Lana D-R, but then I heard Young & Beautiful ("all that grace, all that body / all that face, makes me wanna party") and... ugh.

But the question: I guess Fiona Apple has yet to click with me on anything I've heard so far.

Strange that Caro is the first mentioned. I feel she is on the cusp of something extraordinary. Island is so Sineadtastic to my ears I can hardly wait for what the future holds.

I have always loved bland and sterile Radio 2 nonsense

The Corrs, Dido, David Gray... the snoozier the better

And yet I still find Lewis Capaldi to be OFFENSIVELY BORING

I LIKE her, but I don't LOVE Lady Gaga and I feel like I should
I don’t especially like or love her and DON’T feel I should :disco:

I do however like the odd song such as Alejandro or (especially) Mary Jane Holland or Applause and that’s enough for me :)
