Christmas Eve IS the promo

The problem is that if you watch the version with the rubbish song by Scrooge’s girlfriend then it throws off the timing.

It was on the original VHS but was cut from the DVD editions...it is apparently being restored next year for the 30th anniversary. NO THANKS.

Ha, I spoke to them yesterday, I basically angled the conversation towards me consulting rather than becoming a full time employee, it went well, I’m going to send them some sort of proposal after christmas. I dont want a job, I have a company and employees, but if I can wangle the consulting work it’ll be good for my bank and the business. Plus I’ll get to go to LA a lot. I’d say its about a 40% chance of me pulling it off at the minute
 
Just watched "Magical Mystery Tour". George Harrison's vibe throughout the entire thing is "fuck this" and you have to love it.

The last bottle I had I did give to a friend (the one with all the heart dishes) because I knew she'd do exactly that.

Impressive local knowledge by the way. Although I doubt it takes much to incur the envy of the denizens of Sadly Broke :(

My sister lived in Sadly Broke for a couple of years when she got a job there :D

It will probably never escape that name, despite it being a generation out of date. I've not been there for years (there's nothing really there unless you live there), but I could never get over how big and sprawling it was. And so anonymous. Again that's probably better now it isn't so new.
