Oh I thought the banning gatherings was just Moopy speculation, not fucking reality :(

These are a few of my favourite JARS :disco:

1. Jam. Just so versatile. Kids love it in mash and it really does liven up a sausage casserole. Also super with a cucumber salad and great with pasta WHILE STOCKS LAST!!!

2. Dolmio. A tomato sauce can be so expensive and time-consuming to prepare and I’ve got boyfriend commitments. TBH I’m not into any of this foreign shit so thank goodness for Dolmio. Delicious, filling and chockful o’ natural ingredients. The children have complained about their teeth falling out but there’s nothing a carefully sawn clothes peg and a dab of wood glue can’t sort out.

3.Shippams Paste. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Straight from the jar or slathered on tinned potatoes, there’s naught as versatile as SHIPPAMS and so many flavours! Personally I like ORIENTAL LAMB and also DUTCH LIVER :disco:

I’m at the doctor now anyway, hope it’s just a stomach bug. Had to take the day off work, which was embarrassing because I only started yesterday

Obviously we already knew about Berghain, but I’ve just discovered that ALL bars, pubs and clubs in Berlin will be closed until 20 April at the earliest, although restaurants will remain open with (ahem) “distance rules”. Surely this is a bit excessive?

Veins and connective tissue please @Floppet. Also CORNED BEEF if you can spare a tin. I am quite a fan of Toast Toppers (BBE 09/2003) but there’s still a faint glimmer of love in my heart so I think they should go to @COB

Oh dearest @Zu-Klara I don't have any filthy meat tins or even pies. Mr F being on a no-fat diet means I haven't bothered with them but I can do you a tin or two of corned dog though (they're Princes, not supermarket own-brand). How do you feel about tinned pink salmon or tuna flakes in brine? There's also a jar of Bockwurst hotdogs that I'm not a fan of and Mr F is banned from eating.

I'll fight anybody (to the death) who tries to get their paws on my out of date Toastie Topper!

I've got over 100 beers at home. If they close pubs, I'm prepared :)

i shall venture out for water and provisions in a bit. it's a beautiful sunny day, streets seem empty, count me in.

This is the most important sacrifice anyone has ever made for their fellow man, Jesus WHO?

Also here's an update on my own situation - I've awoken after a long sleep and my throat doesn't feel as bad, so I think I was just run down and might have picked up the very slight cold Mz COB had earlier in the week (which only lasted a day or two). And after I spent hours in Asda stocking up yesterday afternoon, too :(

I see most of South America has shutdown flights from Europe now, so I think I can put my drug fuelled sex romp around Brazil at the end of the month safely ON ICE. :(

Can you have a drug fuelled sex romp around South London instead?

Mr L has taken it upon himself to go food shopping today. I fully suspect we'll enter the apocalypse well prepared with hot cross buns.

it feels good to be removed from the capital. they can all despair while I go out for a big fat juicy... wienerschnitzel later today

I am tempted to get some drugs in.

I mean, if I’m going down, it may as well be high...

I woke up with a cough. This has gone now but its scuppered any plans of leaving the house for fear of being ROUNDED UP.

Still going out tonight :)

I quite often cough due to my annoying reflux. So I’m not sure I’ll be entirely aware when the end comes ANYWAY.

Went out in Barcelona last night and it was DEAD. Very odd. Flying home to self isolate now, not because I have coronavirus, but because I feel like SHIT

These are unprecedented times Lucille. One no longer has the luxury of being picky.

Take what you can get before the END OF DAYS.

Unless the government of Brazil blocks my entry or my flight is cancelled, I’m gonna go. The next month is going to be shit everywhere. I might as well be somewhere HOT.

One of my neighbours has had 54 toilet rolls delivered and they are sitting outside the door of his flat right now. It is taking all of my strength not to steal them.

I have just came back from Ireland and they seem to be taking this a lot more seriously than us. I don’t care what Boris is saying I will not be sending my son back to school until this has eased off, and they can fine me to HIGH HEAVEN if they want, but I refuse.
