Cumgate: The Ineffable Survival of Dominic Cummings

“I know I said I didn’t go to the castle, but I did. I know I shouldn’t have, but my eyesight was bad and I wanted to see if I could drive without hitting a pedestrian. Anyway, I have a child which is an exceptional circumstance unique to me so I deserve allowances. Don’t trust anything my wife has said, she talks shit.”
Rewrote that for him to cut out the waffle.

Why is nobody asking him about the LUDICROUS assertion that there was literally nobody in a 200 mile radius who could take care of his child?

BULLSHIT DARLING.

That journalist gave him an opportunity to even say 'in retrospect I wish I'd done something differently' - and he couldn't even bring himself to say that.

This is the man who advised the PM to NOT apologise after lying to the queen last year remember. He believes apologies are massively damaging clearly.

Why aren't they asking about Barnard Castle - i.e. the story that was true?

I couldn’t concentrate because of that stupid noise. Didn’t he say that EVERY SINGLE other possible caregiver in London also coincidentally had symptoms?

Oh yes, VERY EXTREME CIRCUMSTANCES don't require a CHAT with your boss the PM

I get that Boris was incapacitated at the time, but there are OTHER PEOPLE that he should have spoken to. Boris isn't the only person in the goverment.

He's probably one of the few people Cummings deigns to chat to though

But Gove is one of the others so let's hear from him too
