Last week was the anniversary of Mel's death. I hope it's some consolation to Kim and the rest of the Appleby clan that even though her life was too short she'll be appreciated forever by gays of a certain age.

I've just found an interview with LES GIRLS by disgusting old catheter bag ANNE DIAMOND, who more or less asked poor Mel how she felt about LOSING HER LOOKS as a result of chemotherapy. I MEAN REALLY :evil:

It's two months to the 30th anniversary of Showing Out's release. There should be some sort of public acknowledgement of this historic cultural event with a speech by Baroness Appleby of Hackney.
