Turin was about €16, give or take a few million. Your figure is probably just the BBC budget.

Yeah and if we end up with 3-4 hosts then the actual time he spends hosting would be fairly tokenistic anyway. Ulrika did all the heavy lifting in 1998, I think Wogan was on stage maybe 3 times in total.
