Football 25-26

All this less than a month after our player Ethan McLeod was killed in a car crash on his way home from a match. This is a special day for the club.

In another “it could only be Everton” note: having a better away record in their first season at the new “fortress” ground.

I just hope it’s getting used to new surroundings.

Still, great win yesterday. Shame it had to be against Villa, who would make great champions. A very similar history to Everton actually.

the season where all the top teams said: fine, Arsenal can have it :disco:

United were brilliant. Sunday should be fun!

FFS Arsenal. If you flake now and hand City the title again, you're dead to me and that includes you Arteta

I wonder where we’d be if we had Carrick earlier in the season.

Havertz DUMPING the Blues out of the Carabao Cup in the 9th of 6 added minutes with a stunning counter attack :disco: how I love my football team!!!!

I'm starting to think Palace will be in danger of taking that 18th spot if West Ham string a couple of wins together. they've been dreadful for ages now and the Glasner saga seems to have hurt them too.

I don't want to talk about it.

I thought it was quite entertaining from 45 on. Liverpool are utterly incapable of putting a game to bed though. Slot will have to go in summer. it doesn't look like they'll even be able to finish ahead of Chelsea or United at this point.

omg at United contriving not to win a 5th game on the bounce so that poor stunt queening fan can't get a haircut after all

how much more can she take??!?!

90+6 equaliser though :disco:

Although I was quite enjoying the prospect of Spurs being three points from the bottom three.

West Ham have 10 points from their last 5 games (I thought they were a dead cert to go down), Forest have 8... Spurs have 2.

the table is manic this year and I can't call it but you fear for Spurs. or you would if you weren't actively rooting for their relegation. :disco:

Leeds on the other hand doing so well and always a treat to watch.

Hoping Wolves break Derby’s 11 point record to add to the drama :disco: It could be worse for them I guess, I don’t think Sheffield Wednesday will end the season in positive points :D

I want Derby to have that record forever, but not tonight

Honestly expected man u to get a 97th minute winner last night

We were discussing this in the office yesterday- thing is, it completely destroys his brand if he DOES get his haircut, so surely he's overjoyed at the fact he can still make a fuckload of money out of this!

Ha, Ron Jr said this to me last night, it's a solid point. Surely he doesn't want them to break his glory?!

my jaw dropped seeing that. off the back of a 0-0 draw? really? he was going to keep them up I felt. sorry but Forest deserve to go down now.

I mean there’s a vacancy at Spurs :eyes:
this would actually make perfect sense. now I want him to go to Spurs and keep them up at Forest's expense. fuck Marinakis.

sacking 3 coaches in one season...

Form-wise, we were mid-table since his arrival. He was nominated for manager of the month last week :D

Apparently, bossman called a few senior players into a meeting after the game while Dyche was doing the press rounds. I'm guessing he asked them what they thought of the coaching staff and the outcome was what it was.

I'm not gutted or remotely shocked, but that's probably the result of the psychological torture the club puts me through for life.
