No work AGAIN today. At the barbers, prepping for the big friend group Xmas soiree tomorrow night.

God I miss going to the barbers, but only if the guy doing me was hot of course, otherwise what a waste of 20 minutes and pounds.

I kinda like going to the barbers. I've been going to the same place for a decade, although the star attraction guy left. It's proof if ever I needed it, that straight men are ultimately very dull indeed.

Can't really stand getting my hair cut. Thankfully only bother once a year, and it has to be a female barber otherwise they get all angsty about cutting longer hair.

There's quite a good looking squaddie waiting as well. He's having a lot U OK HUN conversations on the phone.

"I will ALWAYS buy the kids Christmas presents, but I'll never be a proper Dad cos of 'er."

Sure, babe. Nothing to do with all YOUR excess testosterone, limited brain cells and own absent father.

I do myself :ken:these days as well, but when I had a full head of curls I was guilty of choosing my hairdresser and paying a premium purely because of the lovely young man who would wash my hair.

Mr L is the same these days with a Kurdish barber he sees. He gets quite grumpy if he goes on his day off and one of his two favourites isn't there to sort him out.

In other gay old man news, I've managed to score second row MISS DIONNE WARWICK tickets for her tour next year :disco:

Just been to big Lidl. I haven't been to all the supermarkets yet to compare, but their Christmas offering is far better than Tesco or Asda.

Oh God he's A FAMILY MAN who's just split up with his wife. I appreciate it must be a shit time, BUT I DON'T CARE.

I haven't had a "proper" haircut in years. I absolutely hate anyone touching my hair but I could do with getting over it because the mane requires maintenance.

Heckle her about Cilla for content
I think it's one of these 'An Evening With' type affairs with a bit of singing and some conversation. I doubt she has the voice to do a full concert.

So if there's a Q&A I'll let moopy know

Oooooh £60ish in the Lowry.

Might give that some thought myself!
About £55 to £75 here, once you add on fees. I doubt there will be many more opportunities to see her.

I’m with you! I mean I go more frequently to be fair but it takes all my energy and I find it so draining.

Friday night is a CHILLED one and I am soooo here for it

Just had a load of m&s curry and assorted shit, middle class heaven. Nicer than some takeaways ive had.

I've just done a really fucking tasty katsu stir fry, packed with spice. I couldn't be arsed with loads of pots and pans as we have guests tomorrow, so kept it simple and it was the nuts.
