Then sat and shoveled the food into my actual body and wondered what the point of all the precaution was seeing as any germs were now fully INSIDE ME

I don't know, as a kid we used to eat early especially if we were round my nans so we'd normally have dinner AND tea. I always thought that normal tbh!

Local vegan store sells it- the brand is called Wheaty. I absolutely love it- they do doner and gyros. I’m guessing it’s fairly standard as most of the stuff they sell is branded. I also love Tofurky’s chorizo mincey crumbly type stuff which I get from the same place.
