Glitter 25th Anniversary Edition

[Sheena]

Also, the bit where she discovers her dead boyfriend’s music and her lyrics fit together perfectly and she debuts her new song in the middle of a massive gig…where the crowd then seem to magically know the song already

I saw it with my younger sister who was around 12 at the time and even she was howling at that bit

We need a “divas we love in shite movies” thread although I do fear the other MC will dominate

Welcome @funky

[straightorbroken]

I've never seen it. I'll have to change that. I absolutely loved WiseGirls (2002).

[Pipo]

She was astonishingly bad in The Bachelor, and Zohan and she was only in them for like a minute I wonder how many takes it took to achieve that.

[Joseph]

I hope she’s back for Avengers : Doomsday

[K.C.]

[Loufoque]

Stanning this woman is so hard in 2026.

[Pipo]

[Loufoque]

Butterfinger my tangerines

She looked incredible in the Loverboy video. It's pre-9/11 2001 in the very best way.

[Loufoque]

Watching it back, Loverboy really was ahead of its time. 2001 wasn't ready for the heavy rhythmic, low melody, very noisy sound that Beyoncé would lean into between B'Day and Run The World.
