Ellie
Super talented triple threat
Go on, it's GOT to be done.
We all KNOW I have an obsessive personality, but this film is my longest obsession.

I know, objectively, that it's a really good film. And I totally get the appeal.
But it makes my skin crawl.
4/10 because objectively it doesn't deserve to a 0 and because 'Hopelessly Devoted' and 'There Are Worse Thing I Could Do' are good songs.

). I think it's amazing how well the film captured the 50s (not that I'm talking from EXPERIENCE here) given that it was made 20 years on, and it really shows when compared to that repulsive sequel whose title I can't even bring myself to write, which had the feel of something set very much in the then-present rather than the era it was trying to capture.
To summarise - best musical ever. One of the best films ever.![]()
Vanessa Hudgens' father died of cancer hours before the show, so major kudos to her for getting through it at all, let alone if she gave the standout performance.
How awfulGrease would be better if it was about RIZZO.
'ELVIS! ELVIS! Let me be! Keep that pelvis FAR from me!'
